Abstract Submissions

Deadline: 28 November 2023

The formats for abstract submissions are as follow:

  • Oral Presentations (also Virtual) may be between 10 and 15 minutes in duration. An abstract (in MS-Word .doc or in Open-Office format) describing the main points and conclusions of the presentation must be submitted electronically and before 28 November 2023. After being reviewed and accepted, the final “camera ready” version will be submitted electronically in accordance with the detailed instructions that will be given. Failure to meet the deadlines will result in the omission of the submitted work from the printed proceedings and may disqualify an accepted work.
  • Poster presentations (also Virtual) will preferentially be displayed for the full length of the Conference. There is no specific format for posters. They can be freely formatted by those concerned. The only thing you should keep in mind is that it should not exceed 110 x 70 cm in dimensions (either in portrait or landscape orientation). An abstract describing the main points and conclusions of the work must be submitted electronically and in time.

Please download the word template and use it for your abstract. Specific guides about the format of your abstract are included in the word template, so read it carefully before you describe your idea.

The call for submission of abstracts is now closed. We would like to thank you all that were interested to present your work in the conference.
